Job Objective:
Supervise the implementation of wired and wireless telecommunication network projects, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements from design to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field implementation of telecom projects (towers, cables, base stations).
• Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Test systems after installation to ensure operational readiness.
• Enforce safety standards on all project sites.
• Manage field resources and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate with technical teams for network integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom or infrastructure construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
