Job Objective:
Manage and support the company’s IT systems, ensuring their readiness, security, and stability, while developing technology solutions that meet business needs and support digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computers, local networks, and printers.
- Install and update operating systems and business software.
- Monitor IT system performance and respond to incidents promptly.
- Ensure network and user security in line with cybersecurity standards.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Provide IT helpdesk support and resolve daily technical issues.
- Administer company servers and ensure data backup and recovery.
- Prepare periodic reports and suggest technical improvements.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and information security.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and reading).
