Noonmar is looking for a dynamic, multilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. Unlike traditional roles, this position focuses entirely on Social Commerce, where you will be the direct bridge between our brand and customers across the globe via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Multilingual Expertise: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is a must.
- Social Commerce Pro: Proven experience in sales via WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, and TikTok.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different cultures.
- Persuasion & Sales: Strong “closing” skills—the ability to turn an inquiry into a confirmed order.
- Tech-Savvy: Fast typing speed and comfortable multitasking between various chat windows.
- Cultural Intelligence: Understanding the shopping habits and etiquette of Middle Eastern and International markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond to all incoming inquiries on WhatsApp and Social Media channels promptly and professionally in English and Arabic.
- Consultative Selling: Guide customers through our product range, offer personalized recommendations, and handle objections effectively.
- Order Coordination: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including collecting order details and confirming payments.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of existing customers for follow-ups, special offers, and loyalty building.
- Comment Management: Engaging with followers in the comment sections to drive traffic toward private messages (DMs).
