Job Objective
Lead the company and oversee all operational, administrative, and financial activities to achieve its vision, mission, and strategic goals in the field of integrated logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
The CEO develops strategic plans, manages resources, enhances operational efficiency, and expands the company’s client base and partnerships to ensure sustainable growth and institutional excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s annual strategic and operational plans.
- Supervise overall performance including operations, finance, and HR management.
- Oversee logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
- Prepare and control the annual budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Supervise the development of operational systems such as WMS and ERP.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to enhance corporate visibility.
- Represent the company before government authorities and investors.
- Submit regular performance and financial reports to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Preferably holding professional certifications such as MBA / PMP / CSCP.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including 3 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain management systems (WMS / SCM).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills; ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
