Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant supports the CEO in managing daily operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role includes liaising with government institutions and private sector partners and temporarily monitoring departmental functions in the absence of the Executive Director. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a solid understanding of project and administrative management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the implementation of executive decisions across departments
- Organize official meetings and prepare minutes
- Oversee administrative operations and office facilities
- Communicate with external partners and government institutions
- Manage and update the Executive Director’s schedule
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor the progress of operational initiatives and projects
- Provide day-to-day administrative support and manage task flow
- Temporarily supervise departments in the absence of the Executive Directo
Required Skills and Qualifications
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in using project and task management tools such as Trello and ClickUp
- Capable of preparing professional reports and managing correspondence
Personal Skills:
- Strong understanding of executive and administrative functions
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to coordinate with government entities and private companies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions within delegated authority
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
