About the Club

The club is a sports institution that aims to balance athletic performance, professional management, and investment growth. Job Objective

Lead the club’s executive operations and ensure coordination across departments to implement the Board’s approved strategy, with a focus on developing internal systems, empowering management, and driving digital transformation to enhance the club’s efficiency and flexibility in the long term.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly operational plans aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Monitor daily sports, administrative, and financial performance and submit regular reports to the Board.
  • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to enhance the club’s direction and positioning.
  1. Administrative Systems Development
  • Build integrated internal systems (administrative, financial, operational) that ensure efficiency and transparency.
  • Implement modern digital systems (ERP – Project Management Tools) to streamline processes.
  • Update institutional policies and procedures in line with regulations and best practices.
  1. Empowering Internal Management
  • Develop a flexible administrative structure that enhances departmental independence and effectiveness.
  • Train and build the capacity of administrative and technical staff.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for all departments.
  1. Club Evaluation & Performance Enhancement
  • Conduct regular evaluations of departmental performance.
  • Implement improvement plans based on evaluation results.
  • Ensure institutional discipline and improve the work environment.
  1. Digital Transformation & Technology
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives (e-archiving, membership systems, service applications).
  • Leverage technology to enhance operational flexibility and member/fan experience.
  • Develop a centralized database to support accurate decision-making.
  1. Relations & Representation
  • Represent the club before ministries, federations, sponsors, and official bodies.
  • Build strategic partnerships locally and internationally to support sports and investment goals.
  • Manage contracts and partnerships with suppliers, players, and sponsors.
  1. Investment & Events
  • Lead investment campaigns and grow the club’s financial resources.
  • Oversee major sports and community events.
  • Strengthen the club’s brand as a sports and development leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, or Economics (minimum).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ executive experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sports club operations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems).
    • high level of English (mandatory).
