Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Field Engineer to support operations in the power sector. The role involves executing service contracts, maintaining equipment, and supporting clients in the field. Candidates must have a background in petroleum or chemical engineering and a solid understanding of contracting and technical operations. Responsibilities include on-site service execution, troubleshooting, logistics, and client communication.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Field Operations Management
   • Oversee on-site installation, maintenance, and testing of systems
   • Liaise with vendors and client reps to ensure contract adherence
   • Provide technical support and resolve operational issues
2. Logistics and Service Coordination
   • Manage timely delivery of tools, equipment, and materials
   • Coordinate field resources and prepare performance documentation
   • Monitor service milestones and ensure smooth execution
3. Technical Problem Resolution
   • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in the field
   • Perform diagnostics and recommend technical solutions
   • Respond to unexpected conditions while maintaining safety standards
4. Safety and Compliance
   • Implement safety protocols as per industry regulations
   • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure personnel and asset safety
   • Align operations with environmental and sustainability policies
5. Client Communication and Reporting
   • Maintain ongoing communication with clients at the field level
   • Submit progress and operations reports internally
   • Provide client and contractor training on technical and safety processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering (required)
• Advanced certifications in project management or safety preferred

Technical Skills:

• 3–5 years’ experience in field engineering within energy or power industries
• Strong knowledge of technical standards (API, OSHA, ISO)
• Proficiency in MS Project and ERP tools
• IWCF/IADC certification is a plus

Personal Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with logistics, field planning, and workflows
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and in field environments
