Job Objective:

To manage and execute digital media buying plans that ensure optimal reach to the target audience and achieve the highest possible advertising ROI through strategic platform selection, performance analysis, and continuous campaign optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement media buying strategies across various digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Analyse market trends and target audiences to identify the most effective advertising platforms.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns in line with defined marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and adjust budgets to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure advertising messages align with brand identity.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends and apply best practices in media buying strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid advertising campaign management and digital media buying.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
