Job Objective:
Perform comprehensive software maintenance for Android and iOS mobile devices, including diagnosis, repair, flashing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix software/system issues.
- Install and update operating systems and repair tools.
- Flash devices and restore firmware using specialized tools.
- Resolve IMEI, network, and storage problems.
- Remove malware and secure devices.
- Manage data backup and recovery.
- Test and verify device performance after repair.
- Prepare technical reports and suggest preventive actions.
- Train new technicians and stay up-to-date with maintenance technologies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or Electronics.
- 2–4 years of experience in mobile software maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS systems.
- Proficiency in technical English.
