Position
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Aleppo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and following up on investment projects, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, and providing accurate reports to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Oversee quality of implementation and escalate issues to management.
- Prepare periodic reports on achievements, progress, and risks.
- Coordinate between project teams, senior management, and investors.
- Facilitate administrative and logistical procedures for investors.
- Represent the company in official meetings and with government authorities.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve project monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in project management or investment projects.
- Proven experience coordinating with investors and government entities.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office and project management tools).
Nice to Have
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Training in digital monitoring and reporting systems.
- Courses in negotiation and conflict resolution.
