Job Summary:

We are seeking a Software Requirements & Systems Analyst with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. This role focuses on understanding business needs, analyzing system structures, mapping data flows, and evaluating the risks and long-term implications of new features across multiple software products. The analyst will also support testing and provide insights that help shape the product and technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Analyze and refine business and technical requirements.
•   Study system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
•   Evaluate risks and long-term impacts of new features on performance, scalability, and security
•   Provide strategic recommendations aligned with long-term product goals.
•   Support functional and acceptance testing to validate completed work.
•   Maintain clear documentation of requirements, system behavior, and change impacts.

Qualifications:

•   Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, and data flows.
•   Experience in requirements analysis, system analysis, or QA/testing.
•   Ability to anticipate long-term technical implications and propose improvements.
