Training Summary:

The company aims, in this training, to assist new graduates in building their career path and entering the job market. The duration of the training is 3 months, and at the end of the training, the trainee will receive a certificate and a letter of appreciation. The tasks that the trainee will participate in include supporting various departments within the company by executing research, administrative, and coordination tasks. The training aims to provide the trainee with real practical experience within a professional work environment, enabling them to develop their administrative and technical skills in preparation for entering the job market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
  • Assist the HR department with daily tasks
  • Conduct market research and support feasibility studies
  • Organize meetings and draft minutes
  • Coordinate short-term assignments across departments
  • Provide technical and administrative support as needed
  • Propose ideas to improve efficiency and workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:

  • Final-year student in one of the following majors or early graduate :
    • Business Administration
    • Economics
    • Industrial or Production Engineering
    • Related administrative or technical fields

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Basic research and analytical skills

Personal Skills:

  • High attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Good communication skills
  • Good level of English (written and spoken)
