It strives to create a flexible and efficient organizational environment supported by modern systems and technology to ensure efficiency and sustainability, while strengthening its local and international presence through strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lead the club\u2019s executive operations and ensure coordination across departments to implement the Board\u2019s approved strategy, with a focus on developing internal systems, empowering management, and driving digital transformation to enhance the club\u2019s efficiency and flexibility in the long term.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Strategic Leadership<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement annual and quarterly operational plans aligned with the overall strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily sports, administrative, and financial performance and submit regular reports to the Board.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to enhance the club\u2019s direction and positioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Administrative Systems Development<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Build integrated internal systems (administrative, financial, operational) that ensure efficiency and transparency.<\/li>\n<li>Implement modern digital systems (ERP \u2013 Project Management Tools) to streamline processes.<\/li>\n<li>Update institutional policies and procedures in line with regulations and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Empowering Internal Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a flexible administrative structure that enhances departmental independence and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Train and build the capacity of administrative and technical staff.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and monitor KPIs for all departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Club Evaluation &amp; Performance Enhancement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regular evaluations of departmental performance.<\/li>\n<li>Implement improvement plans based on evaluation results.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure institutional discipline and improve the work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Digital Transformation &amp; Technology<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead digital transformation initiatives (e-archiving, membership systems, service applications).<\/li>\n<li>Leverage technology to enhance operational flexibility and member\/fan experience.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a centralized database to support accurate decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Relations &amp; Representation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the club before ministries, federations, sponsors, and official bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Build strategic partnerships locally and internationally to support sports and investment goals.<\/li>\n<li>Manage contracts and partnerships with suppliers, players, and sponsors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Investment &amp; Events<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead investment campaigns and grow the club\u2019s financial resources.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee major sports and community events.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen the club\u2019s brand as a sports and development leader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in <strong>Management, or Economics<\/strong> (minimum).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>3 years\u2019 executive experience<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of sports club operations.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems).\n<ul>\n<li>high level of English (mandatory).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Club The club is a sports institution that  [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4277,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[42],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4075","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-job-opportunities"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
