Job Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Manage the company\u2019s daily accounting operations, supervise the finance team, ensure compliance with financial policies and work quality standards, and develop and update the company\u2019s accounting policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Supervise the finance team and ensure tasks are performed in accordance with approved financial policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the company\u2019s financial system, oversee the accounting software, and update it when necessary.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and update the company\u2019s financial policies and procedures and improve financial workflows.<\/li>\n
  • Review daily operations: sales, expenses, suppliers, customers, and returns.<\/li>\n
  • Perform bank reconciliations, cash matching, and audit invoices and daily reports.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare periodic financial reports: profit and loss, sales, expenses, inventory, and receivables\/payables.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and schedule due payments.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of financial operations and data.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee warehouse and sales operations and collaborate with senior management to improve financial procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting or Finance.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail sector.<\/li>\n
    • Strong supervisory, organizational, and process improvement skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel.<\/li>\n
    • High accuracy in reconciliations and financial analysis.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.<\/li>\n
